FAQ: Why can't I convert to shape in powerpoint?

Answer: There are several known culprits that could be contributing. 

First, make sure you are using the most recent version of powerpoint. 

Second, if the font in your labels is smaller than size 1 in powerpoint, it will not allow you to convert to shape. Try increasing the size of your labels in the visualization, and then re-download the .svg file, import it into powerpoint, and try converting to shape once again.
