Log In for the First Time

There are two options for logging into Trial Trace: if you have a google email account, and if you don’t have a google email account. Of note, even if your account is not @gmail.com it still may be a google account. If you're not sure, you can use the non-google email log in method; that will work for either account type.

Go to app.trialtrace.com

For Google accounts:

Click Login with Google.
Use your email address and then your password to sign in to your Google account.

For non-Google accounts:

Enter your email address and click submit.
You will receive an email titled Trial Trace login information. Click the link that says Login To Trial Trace.

You will now be taken to a page to accept Terms and Conditions, and once clicking “Accept”, you will be logged into Trial Trace.

All future times you will simply proceed like you just did (minus having to accept the Terms and Conditions again).
